Townhouse in the centre of Luras

In the historic centre of Luras, we offer a completely renovated townhouse, divided into two floors.

The building is made of local granite, typical of traditional Gallura houses.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance with access to the upper floor via an internal staircase. The living area on the first floor consists of a living room with a small balcony overlooking the main street, a kitchen with a balcony, a closet and a bathroom. On the second floor, we find the sleeping area with a large double bedroom, a bathroom witha  tub and a double bedroom.

Luras is located in a strategic territorial context from many points of view:

It is about 40 km from Olbia airport and about 47 km from the Costa Smeralda.

Many seaside resorts are less than 50 km away, such as Santa Teresa di Gallura, Porto Rafael, the enchanting Costa Paradiso and Porto Pollo, an international surfing centre. Less than 10 km away is Tempio Pausania and a little further the beautiful village of Aggius.

Luras is known as the town of the Dolmen, there are four perfectly intact. Nearby there are some millennial wild olive trees, the most famous is called "S'Ozzastru", about 4000 years old, one of the oldest in the world, with a diameter of almost 12 metres. Near the wild olive trees is the Liscia Lake.
