In Telti, in the north-east of Sardinia, 15 kilometres from Olbia, we are offering a magnificent piece of agricultural land of 20 hectares. The land is surrounded by granite rocks, holm oak woods, wild olive trees and Mediterranean scrub.

The land is located 3 km from the town centre, it is mostly flat and rich in water, there are cork trees and it is an ideal land for vineyards.
