The municipality of Luogosanto, located right in the centre of Gallura, the noble part of north-eastern Sardinia, is known for the particular conformation of its territory. Its rocks are known throughout the world and it is no coincidence that the historic centre is characterised by a strong presence of granite. The height at which the town is located allows it to dominate this part of Sardinia, with a view that reaches all the way to the Gulf of Asinara. 

A precious sentinel that looks towards the prestigious beaches of Santa Teresa, Badesi and Valledoria, but which also confronts the luxuriant nature of the most rugged Gallura, dotted with the thickest Mediterranean maquis and the coolest streams present among the steepest cliffs. 

These are all elements that are also appreciated by those who choose Sardinia, and Gallura in particular, to spend part of the year in physical well-being, without neglecting the quality of the food and wine. 

In the municipality of Luogosanto, we propose agricultural land of about 72 hectares with an attached building for residential use. This is an important typicality given the increasingly strict building regulations to protect agricultural land.

These well-established volumes make it possible to build farmhouses with maximum living comfort. In addition to the farmhouse, which in Sardinia is called a Stazzo, there are warehouses and stables that can be converted into rooms to meet the needs of those who want to live in the midst of nature. The land is largely flat and completely fenced off. After landing at Olbia airport or at the port of the same Gallura town, the land is easily accessible from the SS 133 to Palau. It can be reached in more or less 30 minutes by car, and is only a few minutes away from the magnificent beaches of Porto Pollo, Porto Pozzo and Porto Liscia.
